I think her food is pretty good for the most part, which is why I have a 30 Minute Meals cookbook, but damn if she isn't the most cheerfully vapid person on the Food Network. I wish Molto Mario came on while I'm not in class, I love watching him - he's knowledgeable without being obnoxious.

Oh yeah, if I watched her for more than 30 minutes once a month or so, I'd come down with Katie Couric syndrome and despise her for her vapid cheerfulness. But small doses works out okay.
