This is an unfair clue, because we have not seen this part of the backstory yet... but Jack has met Desmond before.
The trick: there is more than one thing in the hatch. In this case, the clue refers to the shower.
Well, obviously nobody here has ever seen the Desmond's domicile facility in the hatch before, nor the old music system, nor the stationary bike, nor the mysterious drugs in the yellow vials, nor the computer. But, certainly we see our own bedrooms everyday, and everybody reading this is looking at some kind of computer.

Also... something in Jack's backstory indicates that Locke's "miraculous" healing was not a coincidence.
I really can't wait 'til Lost starts again (and Desperate Housewives...ooh Extreme Makeover: Home Edition ..Ok I'll stop).
Did any of you get the DVD? I've been flat broke so haven't had a chance.
