It sure seems like Manu has lost all respect from the refs.

    What does everyone think?

What can be done about it?

    What to expect?

the whole team cant get to the line.

if ginobili played aggressively the whole game like he does down the stretch... he will go to the FT line.. sadly, he results to jumpshots the whole game and then down the stretch tries to take it to the rack.

not going to get calls like that.

and that goes for the whole team, stop shooting jumpshots all game and take the ing ball to the rim.

Ginoboli got cleanly swatted by Deng the play before. That was a clean block. The second time, it looked like he got hit on the body, but the ref may not have seen it. It's not like he, along with the other Spurs, weren't botching drives to the hoop.

Too much whining-- when Noah was set up for his first set of free throws, Manu was standing in the lane whining to the ref about something from the previous play.

I don't think he has lost respect. Usually at the end of the game the refs will let the players decide the game and if you are going to drive to the basket for two at the end of games, then you need to make sure you make the 2, f depending on the refs...

The NBA officiating is like 20% bias, 60% reputation and 20% legit calls, at least IMO..

The Spurs were probably the #1 team at getting "reputation calls" for playing tough D in the past, especially guys like Duncan and Bowen..that's how the NBA works, as you see with the Celtics and Cavs right now..the Spurs are no longer a defensive or physical team, and you see the "reputation" they now have with the officials..we don't get any calls anymore..

It may sound crazy, but the NBA is a tough sport to officiate, and the refs need to make reputation calls in many situations..
