Drogba at the right place at the right time. 1-0
Chelsea/Arsenal should be great. Chelsea is extremely tough at home and arsenal have a history of folding against big squads.
Drogba at the right place at the right time. 1-0
Yup been saying this for a while. It's almost comical to watch. 2-0.
The way they let Man u and Chelsea score on the counter is unbelievable.
Another tough loss, but the way Arsenal defend set pieces really is a bad joke (especially in the air). Too bad Arshavin is having a hard time right now, he should have scored in both games.
I know this doesn't really have to do with the EPL, but I feel really bad for Terry. Capello just recently relieved him from national captaincy for fooling around with Wayne Bridge's girlfriend months before the World Cup. Although I'm not English, I still feel for the team and Terry. IMO, this shouldn't have been as big a deal as it's been (or as Capello's made it out to be). Will this affect the team in any way? Will it hurt their chances in the WC? Does anyone even GAF here?
Anyways, here's the article

That's good news for Algeria
Ferdinand will be gay as a captain
Rafa Benitez should start packing his bags and heading to Turin before it's too late.
Well, Arsenal wasn't much better. Still an important win with regard to holding on to third place.
With Chelsea losing at Everton, they're suddenly only 6 points ahead of Arsenal again.![]()
Ramsey suffers horror injury
Arsenal youngster badly hurt in Shawcross challenge
Last updated: 27th February 2010
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has suffered a horrific broken leg in the Gunners' Premier League clash at Stoke.
Ramsey was hurt following a crunching challenge with Ryan Shawcross, who was shown an immediate red card and left the pitch in tears at the realisation of how serious the problem was.
Players from both sides frantically gestured for urgent medical attention with the 19-year-old Wales international in clear distress as he lay on the field.
Ramsey received immediate help with his leg stabilised before he was stretchered off to warm but concerned applause and into a waiting ambulance which left the Britannia Stadium to take him to hospital.
Numerous Arsenal players were left with their heads in their hands after the incident with the Potters team also clearly shaken by what they had witnessed.
The injury was all-too reminiscent of the injury sustained by Ramsey's team-mate Eduardo at Birmingham almost exactly two years ago.
The Brazil-born Croatia international, who was among the subs utes at the Britannia Stadium, endured a long road back to full fitness after initial fears for his career.
Ramsey must now hope that he too can make a similar comeback but is certain to miss the remainder of this season and a significant chunk of next term.

This was the ugliest scene I've seen in a while on a football pitch. Shawcross clearly didn't want that to happen, given how shaken and shocked he was after the incident.
Poor Ramsey; let's hope he recovers well.
they were both going for the ball. it's just very unlucky. Get well ramsey!!
The ref wasn't even going to give a yellow on the foul. It wasn't until after he saw how bad the injury was that he gave the red. I kind of wish the ref would have kept the card in his pocket. Sometimes this happens, but it doesn't deserve a red.

"As the Match of the Day replays showed, when Shawcross made contact with Ramsey he was attempting to strike the ball with the laces of his boot and not his studs."
how fkn good is rooney this season, dude has step up his game after ronaldo bolted.....he still has to make his mark on the international stage if he wants to be a top5 player in the world...
How the Bendtner managed to miss all those chances yesterday is beyond me. Still a win for Arsenal, and a very good performance by Walcott as well.
It sucks that Fabregas is hurt again, though. Hopefully, he'll be back for the CL-fixture against Porto at Tuesday.
Big game tomorrow. Manchester will be without Rooney.

Im not waking up that early
Im just gonna watch the highlights
^ Yeah, the early showing sucks.
I have to stay up until 1/2 in the morning to watch the Spurs, turnabout is fair play![]()
I'm hoping for an entertaining 4-4.![]()
What a linesman![]()
Yeah, I don't know how he missed that one. Still, United were really poor in the first half. The second half was better, but they struggled to create chances.
Arsenal with another late-goal win after a mediocre performance. Walcott with about 364 poor crosses.
Birmingham gonna lay the smackdown on Liverpool tomorrow![]()
I take it you don't like Liverpool?
(By the way, "Showbiz" is by far the best Muse album.)
Anyway, it will be an interesting finish to this PL season. Chelsea still has to play at Liverpool, but since they're not that good this season, I'd say the schedule for the top three is about even from now on.
Given Arsenal's performances in recent weeks, I doubt they will win all of their games left, which they probably would need to do in order to really be able to take the le.
