They gave him a brief look at the 5 this year but he’s a terrible defender at the 5. Having Wemby glosses over his lack of rim protection while on offense he probably makes more sense with VW than any other player on the roster

Pretty crazy that VW looked mostly like in the 1st half, and didn’t noticeably go off in the 2nd…but still casually ended up with 17/12/9 with 3 blocks. This is almost his floor at this point which is pretty nuts.
