True. Even if they moved to Austin, there will still be Laker and Warrior fans that come out, but San Antonio needs to be punished regardless for this crap already.
It’s alright. They fought hard at the end. They didn’t give up. That Green foul was silly. But Spurs need that L. Charlotte losing and a Spurs win would’ve put Spurs at 4th worst record and 12.5% instead of 14% at 1st pick. I take the L.

This is what happens when a presence like Curry comes into the league. It was impossible to get a ticket when Michael was in town, they were giving them away otherwise.
There would still be ALOT less Laker and Warrior fans that fill up the seats in San Antonio this last decade or so had outlets like ESPN marketed us correctly like the Patriots of the NBA when we were winning.
But ESPN hated and still hates the Spurs with a passion, so they didn't. They (ESPN) ended up succeeding BIG TIME in making it uncool and icky for the mainstream to root for the Spurs. The result is what you see today when 3/4 of the stadium are Lakers, Warriors, etc fans and the arena also being 1/2 empty when we aren't playing a big market.
Even though it had alot to do with ESPN and the like's brainwashing, San Antonio still now does not deserve this team anymore.
