Yeah, Walsh was my SRP. We’ll see.
It's not Jackson I'm looking over, it's Walsh. He provides much of the same defense and intangibles, and is a more credible offensive prospect. Plus, he started strong. If he pans out it's going to sting.

Sidy is a bruiser and plays with a lot of motor. He will be in Pop’s good side. He’s a freight train coming down on a transition offense. But he needs to develop his outside shots to get minutes. I’m sure he’ll dominate in Austin next season, or I don’t know if he’s Wemby’s Jack Haley
Sucks that we can't put him on a two-way but he does enough grown man stuff out of the box to see if he can, you know, score a basket at some point in Cedar Park.

This kid has shown us something these past couple games. He can play. Has an advanced feel for the game for his age. Passing, bring the ball up, defensively, hustle plays, etc. And went 2/2 from 3 tonight. Just keep working on that jumper young man.
Legitimately just need him to be like a 35% corner 3 guy and he'll carve out a role. A little foul-happy but honestly some of the calls going against him have been bull . So far I like what we've seen though.
He needs refinement but you cannot teach desire….. he would be a madman at the pg position. If nothing else, let him start facilitating more.
His potential on defense really does seem exceptional if he can control the fouls. Loved the 3s! His passing also seems to surprise all of his teammates still, just need time for the chemistry to kick in.

I don't know why you're so aggravated... he's a 44th pick, he's expected to suck. I think he's got a long way to go and and yes, 2 shots in don't mean much, but let's give him some time to make a proper evaluation. Even if I'd rather have Walsh, there are some interesting things about him: he's long and built like a ox, plays with a lot of intensity, and seems like a willing and apt passer. At least that should buy him a year to evaluate him and see where he stands. He's shown 10x the IQ Sharpe has... ok, that doesn't mean much, but the rest stands.

I know his foul totals have been high but he has been called for a lot of iffy fouls so far in SL.
Comprehension on this board is not as high as I once thought. I again ask, were you a finished product in your profession at 19? He may end up being nothing in this league but I don’t value your assessment.
