His defense is legit. His jump shot is non-existant. They should first tell him to try to hit the backboard. After that tell him to try to hit the rim. If he ever gets there they can work on him actually hitting shots

For this reason I have to serious wonder if he's even playable in the NBA right now. His offense is so completely ineffective as to make him an absolute liability.

And if that's true, then I can't in good conscience think giving him anything but a 2-way deal is a good idea.

Someday a coach is going to get the bright idea to teach a guy with such a broken jumper to shoot with his opposite hand. It would be quicker to start from scratch than to unlearn a half dozen bad habits.
