best DB in the league probably a stretch but the dude is legit.
The Panthers have a stud at corner. He shuts down his 3rd of the field and only allowed 1 td last year. I don't think he's allowed one so far this year.

on a side note, has anybody seen the one handed interception that kiko alonso did in the first game of the season? sick..
Another one of those stud defenders out of a non power five school, Coastal Carolina. Great player!!!
He's definitely establishing himself like most Carolina fans thought he would this year.
His problem has always been between the ears. He's a hothead, and has cost us some penalties. Great job by Gettleman to bring in Charles Tillman. Him and Thomas Davis has really got him in good vibes where the drama is at a minimum.
It took a while for me to understand the Steve Smith move - but I think I'm finally understanding it. Smith was the greatest Panther of all time (maybe Peppers is even close), but he was a hothead - and that usually doesn't translate great for a team leader. Him and Norman even got into it, but once the leadership becomes people that act with class like Kuechly, Davis, Johnson, Newton - it really helps those other players develop and mature.
He shutdown Julio Jones twice last year - but I don't want Norman to start talking about it or it get in his head. That would spell for a disaster.
He's a monster, although he would be the Broncos' 3rd string CB, tbh..
what are you smoking, tbh..
Harris and Talib are the best corner duo in the league, that's what he's talking about
So? That's still a bold statement to make. Norman has shut down Julio Jones twice, Calvin Johnson, among others. I saw Talib get burned by Steve Smith Sr
Probably would be on the Texans too. Jackson is probably the best tackling corner in the league and has really improved his cover skills. Not sure he could beat him out.
Watch out for Kevin Johnson. Kid is flashing serious skills a rookie and will take over for Jonathan Joseph as early as next season...could put himself in a top five discussion eventually.
i'd take norman over any of the texans corners tbh... though he'd make a nasty paring with kareem
I'd take him as a Joseph replacement next season. Joseph showed this past week that he's still in the elite discussion.
Run him and Jackson together with Johnson at the 3rd. Would be some scary .
3rd string... got take
PFF has him top 7 corner through three weeks for a reason
got
the pff rankings that are listing top 10 at each position are never for "just this season," as they take into account the 2 previous seasons as well. or else Bridgewater would not be ranked as high as he is
Spurs got
the source i got that from said those were season rankings:
where does that say "this season through 3 weeks"
if your going to rely on a source like PFF, why don't you click on the "HOW WE GRADE" link directly under the snap-shot you just posted? if you did, you might come across this, which clearly states that previous seasons factor in
if you're going to cite a source/stat, at least know what the it is
This list is just based on this years performance.
^^^ That's what the subscriber said, either way
Julio disagrees
Josh Norman went to my school (Coastal Carolina,) so it's kinda funny that he's had this much success in the NFL. I always thought he'd be solid and a fringe starter but never this good. He's kind of a bonehead though. Weird watching him make all these big plays in the NFL.
Mykkele Thompson went to my high school, it's too bad he ed up his Achilles
your pass rush did all the work
