I consistently mean defense as well as offense. I'm not sure why so many of us ignore the other side of the ball. Branham cannot guard points at all, Wesley can.

I like Sochan but he's become overrated as a point.
Wesley can play defense, but will he? He came into summer league showing a massive tendency toward reaching fouls and his closeouts are horrid. Let's be honest, neither of them are going to be called on for their defense.

Time will tell if Sochan is overrated. I stand by my evaluation of him. I watched virtually every minute he played.

Sidy has AT LEAST Slomo energy. He is going to be at least a serviceable player for 10-12 years. Too much feel for the game not to.

Can we start calling this dude Buttershot? Dude would've been a legit lotto option had he even a passable stroke. But as it is, I don't think he's an NBA player. He'd be completely unplayable in the modern game. , even 10 years ago, he would've needed a stretch-five to function.

Right now he has only one speed, but he has a NBA body and his court vision is elite.

My issue with him is he has no wiggle to his game by that it’s North and South he has no change of direction on offense that won’t make it in the NBA. I like him but I am not going to fall in love with him for me its all about talent and I think that will have a decent pick and will get a very good pick from Raptors next year. But he does have potential and as Barlow has showed if you work hard you can make improvements just got to put in the work both mentally and physically

Diaw when he was young was taking quarters off the top of backboards.

A lot of people here claiming they know what will or won't work in the NBA.

I don’t know about that. But both are versatile, athletic, passing big men, without much of a shot.

Diaw was a much better athlete tbh. And taller, longer wingspan, etc. and he could score

The comparison is that they are chunky and can pass

Cidy needs to run point. Put the kid through Austin and intense dribbling camp and shooting camp.

He's like our 6'9" version of Magic. And his defense as a 6'9" PG to go along with the length behind him immediately makes our team light-years better on defense
