Trump is teasing a gag order. Judge already said threats against witnesses and officers of the court could speed up the timeline of the trial.

Now Rolling Stone has new reporting which makes it sound like, at least to my reading, that criminal charges against Donald Trump in Arizona are almost inevitable. The probe isn’t complete yet. But you generally wouldn’t go this deep into probing a high profile criminal target unless you’ve already seen enough along the way to know that you’re going to end up bringing charges. More to the point, you wouldn’t go telling the media that you’re this deep into a criminal probe against Donald Trump unless you’ve already decided to bring charges.
