The upcoming edition of Sports Illustrated reports the Heat denied former coach Stan Van Gundy the opportunity to work on TNT's playoff broadcasts. Why would the Heat care if SVG did t.v. work? Doesn't make sense to me. I'm sure he wouldn't reveal any secrets of the inner-workings of the Heat's offense or defense. Besides, the rest of the league already knows about all the glaring holes in the Heat roster. What gives?

Wasn't he supposed to be spending quality time with his family? Oh...maybe that was an excuse to push him out that would be exposed if he worked away from home. Nice, Riles, nice.

That's always the company line when it comes to getting coaches out. I can remember multiple instances of coaches leaving due to needing to spend time with their family. Low and behold 3 months later theyre traveling from city to city doing commentary or picking up an assis. coach gig somewhere else.

So they don't let him work for tnt but let him film all those porn movies??? go figure
