KLUP To Air Texas State Football Games

San Marcos, Texas - The Texas State Athletics Department and Nelligan Sports Marketing announced that they are teaming up with KLUP (930 AM) to air minimum of six Texas State football games in the San Antonio area during the 2012 season.

KLUP will carry Texas State's games at Houston on Sept. 1, versus Texas Tech on Sept. 8, Stephen F. Austin on Sept. 22, Nevada on Sept. 29, New Mexico on Oct. 6 and Idaho on Oct. 13.

"We're excited to be able to expand the reach of Bobcat football into the San Antonio market,” said Mark Levine, senior vice president for Nelligan Sports. “Not only will this agreement provide tremendous additional exposure for the University, but for our current and future corporate partners as well."

Each game will feature one-hour pre-game and 15-minute post-game shows with each broadcast that includes Brant Freeman calling the play-by-play and Bill Culhane providing color commentary.
