Great read. ZR and Castle have been my top 2 for some time now. They make the most sense positionally and in a world where Wemby and Dev will dominate the ball. Still, hard to see getting ZR at 4 though. In this draft would WAS slide down to 4 in exchange for 35 and CHA pick? Probably not right?...

Is Dillingham that high because he can play on or off-ball? Seems like the defense limits him in terms of ability to stay on the court, but the playmaking from either guard spot is definitely intriguing. I like Reed's upside and two-way ability better, but neither really seem to fit the size...

Spots are limited and we already have the youngest roster in NBA history. You want to make it even younger? It wouldn't make sense considering the need of veterans/experience that was the most lacking part of the roster last season. If there's a guy you target at the end of this draft then...

CC posting repeatedly about his personal success in the "surprisingly resilient, high interest rate" Biden economy tends to obscure the narrative that regular folks are hurting. Not a complaint, not jealous. Don't ever change, CC! :lol

(continued from above.) “If there had been 1,000 to 1,500 more servicemen in Avdiivka, we would have protected the weak spots through which the enemy entered. … If we had more people, we would have held out much longer,” he told CNN of the eastern industrial city, which fell to Russian forces...

I just can't stand his style, too ball dominant, too much whining, too James Harden trying to draw fouls att, game too static when he has the ball.... Just the opposite of Spurs basketball As for who's winnig, it's a weird era we're in with no top team really, it has as much to do with Wolves...

Walton was also one of the greatest players of all time. Something that's pretty much forgotten. In his (very short) prime Walton was just as good as Abdul-Jabbar in his (very long) prime. In fact, I remember Abdul-Jabbar being asked whether there was anything about Bill Walton that...

If we don't come away with Dillingham...or dare I say Topic, in this draft...it will be a disaster, unless we plan to trade for Trae or Garland. It doesn't matter how much size and defense and shooting you have, you aren't going anywhere in todays nba without a guard who can break down an nba...

let me finish your sentence, but we could use the CHI FRP instead. Youse all are deliberately trying to be obtuse! Whether we actually bring in 7 or 10 rookies from 2024-2027, there will be roster space. We could clear out half our roster just this year, if we needed to. Not sure why everyone...

I'll go: 1 Sarr 2 Risacher 3 Castle 4 Sheppard I think the Spurs have to get one of those in the top 4 and then #8 is easy. Dillingham (not paired w/Sheppard), C Williams (agree high upside pick), Knecht (instant + shooting), Clingan (pains me to say, but probably the most marketable...

Loved his "throw it down big man" and other quips during the games. There are a lot of good sports announcers, but no one commentated with the passion and complete love of the game that Bill Walton had. I've missed him ever since he retired from TV.
