Cohen described how trump owed 100 vendors money and instead of paying - Cohen offered them 20percent of the total and 80 out of the 100 accepted the 20 percent and the other 20 percent of the vendors just "went away" and never got paid.
Cohen confirmed under oath - this was just STANDARD PRACTICE for the criminal trump enterprise.
This was common business practice for trump and cohen doing the fixing - writing "legal-sounding" letters to make it appear as if the best recourse for people getting stiffed - is "well - at least we get 20 percent instead of nothing and avoid legal fees"
