Can the Pistons win for the first time in San Antonio in nearly a decade to push this series to Game Seven? Or will the Spurs be crowned Champions tonight?

    Discuss.

    Pistons 0-19 @ Portland from 1976 - 1990... beat'm 3 times in Portland to win championship...

Hope history can repeat itself ... it's weird... as sick and scared as I was going into game 6 (at home for heavens sakes) and game 7 @ Miami (which was awful) - I feel so much more comfortable going into tonight... guess it's the "they've been there, done that" factor... Miami was near perfect (like Spurs) @ home all season and through 1st 2 rounds of playoffs and Pistons won twice there including game 7...

Either way, I think a blowout is out of the question... One game at a time guys... Go Pistons!

I just want to see the fans give Rasheed a standing O when he is introduced tonight. That alone would be worth the price of admission.

Must win for the Pistons obviously and I think it is going to be a fight to the finish with spurs coming out victorious. The crowd will be in full effect and the Spurs players will be too much in the end for the Pistons momentum wise.

I don't blame you for keeping up the hope. But you are missing the boat if you think a hoppled Shaq and a missing Wade made the Heat more dangerous than a rejuvinated Spurs.

Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin were healthy when Pistons beat Jersey in Jersey in Game 6 when they hadn't won a game in Jersey in 7 (I believe, have to double check that) tries before ... that was last season.... They closed out Pacers in Indiana this year...

They're battle tested in Game 6/7 on the road... Hency my sense of ease and lack of panic... I realize they could lose tonight, no doubt... but it's more comforting now than it was last series... that's all!

I realize by all means that Spurs are more dangerous than aforementioned just as Pistons are more dangerous than Sonics/Suns/Nuggets..

By the by, if you watched Game 7, you'll realize Wade wasn't "Missing" in the 3rd Quarter... 12 points and superhuman effort (for 1 quarter mind you)...

I'm gonna steal the Detroit intro:

    It's time San Antonio
    Il est temps San Antonio
    È tempo San Antonio
    Es el tiempo San Antonio
    It's čas San Antonio
    It's の時間san Antonio

They should do that for there intro and have the people of that language say it in there native tongue on the jumbo tron.

I hope the Spurs win tonight. I'll be giving them a severe karma boost from Brazil. You lucky fvckers who are attending the game live, aside from being s.o.bs, be sure to have a great time and remember your Grande friend. I'll never miss another Spurs Finals again, but this time it was unavoidable. .

Anyway, here's to the Spurs taking care of business tonight.

    (chug a lug!)
