WASHINGTON (AP) - A White House spokesman says President Bush is very disappointed in Monday's House vote rejecting the administration's rescue plan for the nation's financial industry.
"There's no question that the country is facing a difficult crisis that needs to be addressed," said spokesman Tony Fratto. He said the president will be meeting with members of his team later in the day "to determine next steps."
Bush is "very disappointed" with the vote, Fratto said.

Man, I do not like this guy.
What's even more disturbing is the red all over that guys face. Looks like he just ate a pile of raw hamburger meat.
Dammit! He's fighting for ya'll!
He's fighting for his legacy. He doesn't want "America's 2nd Great Depression begins" to be the bookend of his 2nd term.
What the are you babbling about in your sig. Jeez. That's why I say I, like every American I'm speaking with, were ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the taxpayers looking to bail out. But ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health-care reform that is needed to help shore up our economy, helping the—it's got to be all about job creation, too, shoring up our economy and putting it back on the right track. So health-care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americans. And trade, we've got to see trade as opportunity, not as a compe ive, scary thing. But one in five jobs being created in the trade sector today, we've got to look at that as more opportunity. All those things under the umbrella of job creation. This bailout is a part of that.
That would be Sarah Palin's answer to Katie Couric's question about the bailout...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Can you tell me exactly how many of Bush's companies were successful? I'm not gonna count the Rangers because even a child could get profits from a Major League Baseball team.
