Good, keep it front & center at all times.
Lies have consequences.
Legal analysis I have read so far says they have a good case.
Dominion sues Newsmax, One America over U.S. election fraud claims
By Jan Wolfe and Tom Hals
(Reuters) -Dominion Voting Systems Corp on Tuesday sued two conservative media networks, One America News Network and Newsmax Media Inc, saying they defamed the U.S. voting machine company by spreading false claims that it rigged the 2020 election against then-U.S. President Donald Trump.
Dominion also filed a lawsuit making similar allegations against businessman Patrick Byrne, the former chief executive of online retailer Overstock.com Inc.
The lawsuits are the latest legal actions taken by Denver-based Dominion against Trump allies that amplified false theories about the firm.
In each of the three lawsuits filed on Monday, Dominion is seeking more than $1.6 billion in damages, citing lost profits and other harms.

anyone can just file a suit (see devin nunes)... i'd wait and see more to see how their suits go.
they still have active cases against rudy and powell
though a dominion executive (eric coomer) already separately sued newsmax and settled with them
Eyup. Definitely popcorn.gif
Going to drag on for a long time before anything definitive comes out of it.
Just another case of other people paying the price of Trump lies/incompetence, IMO.

How the Case for Voter Fraud Was Tested — and Utterly Failed
another cosmored in the making. ick.Dominion sent OAN two retraction demands within a week of the video being posted, according to the lawsuit, pointing out that Solomon lacks any expertise and is a convicted felon. The lawsuit says OAN "quietly removed" the video and story from its website, but it can still be found on OAN's Rumble page, a popular video platform for Trump supporters, where it bears the le "Smoking Gun." Solomon has continued to post YouTube videos of election analysis and math lessons for months. His most recent stream from early July, "The Mirror of Maricopa; Is there a parametric line?" is 11 and a half hours long.
In fact, according to the lawsuit, Solomon is a convicted drug dealer and "was working as an 'installer' at a swing set construction company in Long Island" at the time of the interview.
According to a FactCheck.org review of Solomon's segment, his mathematical expertise is limited to having taken a few math classes at Stony Brook University from 2008 to 2015. He never received a degree.
"Expert"
That sums up a lot of the "voter fraud" evidence. It is like a glittering facade in front of a steamy pile of manure. It looks good, but you can tell by the smell something is off.
Another recovering addict in love with trump being sued.
Only the best for trump.

Yikes!!!!
A Fox News producer on Monday filed a pair of explosive lawsuits against the right-wing talk channel, alleging that the network’s lawyers coerced her into providing misleading testimony in Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.6 billion defamation case against the company.
The lawsuits filed by Abby Grossberg, who worked as a senior booking producer for Maria Bartiromo and most recently head of booking for Tucker Carlson, accused Fox’s legal team of having engaged in wrongful conduct as it prepared her for a pre-trial deposition in the election technology company’s case.
The lawsuits from Grossberg, who has since been placed on administrative leave by Fox, were filed in Delaware Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
