Actually, that's what his lawyer said in a public statment, but that's been the only source of that story. There's still a task force going through his computers, and the DA hasn't said whether or not they're going to prosecute him. The search warrant they served to get his computers is sealed. The NBA purged his name from the google searches and the Nuggets "indefinitely excused" him in February. There's another shoe waiting to drop, here. He's toxic for the time being, and nobody's going to go near him.
