It’s the offensive production that will suffer. I think they start Cedi but give Malaki every chance to prove himself.
This might be Pop's chance to put Jones into the starting lineup. If his three point shot can hold up it would be a pretty nasty lineup defensively.

Devonte Graham’s suspension was only two games, right? Is he injured now or just not being prioritized in the rotation?
Graham is available just not cracked the lineup yet.
I expect Pop to start Branham so that Sochan can continue to develop his on-ball skills.
Sochan has been looking better w each game
Keeps the 2nd unit intact, too. I wouldn't mind seeing Devonte Graham get minutes too, either as a starter or off the bench. Or Tre as a starter or off the bench. A lot of experimenting to come.
Branham should start for DV tbh. Keeps the rotation somewhat intact.
Wonder if they'll give an actual timeframe for how long they expect Vassell to be out. 2-4 weeks would be pretty good news all things considered tbh.
yeah, watching pop's postgame comments makes it seem less dire than the tweets quoting it
I would prefer Cedi to start instead of Branham until Devin comes back.
From the San Antonio Express News, good news it seems!
Coach Gregg Popovich said Vassell is likely to also miss Monday’s back-to-back closer at Indiana, but left the door open for a possible return when the Spurs play in New York on Wednesday.
“It’s closer to short term than long term,” Popovich said Sunday.
So it was more a precaution. Good news. Spurs need Devin’s production
he said yesterday after the game that he doesn't plan on playing Devin against the Knicks
“I don’t think so,” Popovich said when asked if Vassell might be available to face the Knicks. “I’d be surprised.”
Very good news he’s even able to attempt to go out there for warmups. Should be ready to play by the weekend. Spurs caught a break.
Maybe Graham will finally see some minutes tomorrow
We're going to get smashed
Collins will be missed - he typically brings good effort to the table just about every night.
